During past ten years of its existence the Annual IP Telephony and IP Communications Conference has become a traditional place of meeting for community of IP Communication professionals, one of the major events on the Russian telecommunications market. Conference reflects the development of IP Telephony which has evolved from an exotic technological novelty only known to enthusiasts to a main line of evolution for all of the carriers of the world, a basis of IP Communications concept, and a foundation for IMS architecture, a major paradigm shift of the world telecommunications.

    Structure of participants and sponsors of the Conference, exhibition booths, tenors of plenary sessions, presentations, round tables, and open discussions - all happenings at Annual IP Telephony Conference - has considerably changed, has grown, and has matured for these ten years. Conference in many ways has defined the face and look of today`s Russian industry of IP Communications. At its sessions and round tables many ideas for the first time were stated, many discussions were started and contacts from which experience and practice of VoIP of Russian carriers developed were fastened.
