Who Will Build Tomorrow’s Communications Applications?
30.04.2007 posted by Administrator

Join Us May 14-17, 2007 - Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, CA

As communications evolves, one thing is for certain… The need for applications has never been greater. There is a race on to build tomorrow’s unified communications applications for the enterprise while service providers are opening their networks through the likes of IMS to give application partners access to a vast audience of telecom consumers.

In the mobile space alone there is serious talk of video, music and community sites each being multibillion dollar markets.

How will the communications market adapt to the iPhone, and what new applications may be developed to work with the iPhone?

Businesses too will spend on new applications whether those applications converge fixed and mobile phones, or tie PBXs into vertical systems such as accounting or business automation.

I invite you to come spend invaluable time networking with your development peers so you can learn and share ideas. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and forge relationships with OEMs in desperate need of your ideas.

There is simply no other event focused on communications for the development community. This is where the industry comes together to learn how to build tomorrow’s billion dollar applications.

Develop New IP Communications Applications

IP Communications is changing the way the world communicates, and the world is taking note. If you have any intention of seizing what is undoubtedly the most promising telecom opportunity of the past several decades, then I encourage you to attend the Communications Developer Conference, May 14-17, 2007 in Santa Clara, California.

The fourth Communications Developer Conference is the only chance you’ll have in the United States next year to come learn how to quickly develop new IP Communications applications that are in high demand.

Conference to address telecoms loyalty & churn

30.04.2007 posted by Administrator

Being held in Barcelona, Spain from 25th to 29th June this year, the Telecoms Loyalty & Churn conference organised by IIR Telecoms aims to address the telecommunication sector`s most pressing problem: In most parts of the world, telecommunications usage and penetration levels are already at the very maximum. With very few new customers to acquire and recent reports showing that customer churn is costing the industry an estimated US billion annually, it is crucial to reduce churn and find effective ways to keep customers loyal. IIR`s conference was researched and designed to reveal strategies and techniques that operators and service providers can use to achieve that goal. With operator case studies, seminars, and interactive discussions, delegates will find out how effective loyalty programmes can be in building lasting relationships, and how to measure the real costs and ROI of a loyalty programme, among other key topics which include customer life-time value, prepaid churn, fixed line retention, broadband & VoIP services, convergence, and complaint management systems.
